BREATHE! Sounds obvious, but relax and concentrate on breathing in and out. take a deep breath and slowly exhale. this tells your body to relax. everything is alright.



Taking several cleansing breaths as described above will actually help you relax. Think about your favorite place to be. Maybe its a mountain scene....or maybe the ocean with palm trees swaying in the breeze. Relaxing is extremely important to our well being. When we are relaxed and happy, it allows us to feel good and look for the good things in life. We can be more open to opportunity and good fortune when it presents itself.
